Sometimes you need extra help. Here is a collection of nonprofits and other great mental health programs that can be utilized. Remember if you are in crisis please call your emergency number (988 for the US), and know you are not alone. See a resource we're missing? Please contact us so we can add it!

Nonprofit for all US military. (active, reserves, national guard, retired, dishonorably discharged). Online form and number for intake. Offers long-term suicide prevention therapy and trauma-informed telehealth care. Not a crisis support line but long term, free care.

Hope for Wellness

"The Hope for Wellness Helpline is available to all Indigenous people across Canada. Experienced and culturally competent counsellors are reachable by telephone and online ‘chat’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
